To do this, I set off on a journey to its roots. During several visits to India I learned about botany, and in England I learned about the distilling traditions in English gin distilleries. After returning, persistently striving for perfection, I developed a perfect, unique proportion of ingredients, which I still diversify with surprising flavor notes.

Gradually, over the years, I improved my recipes. I drew from the knowledge that for centuries was available only to the initiated - herbaria, containing the wisdom and experience of generations, like alchemical books, allow me to extract their essence from simple ingredients and in the process of mixing, like transmutation, create an unusual elixir in an alembic.
The uniqueness of Gin Herbarius is due to the high-quality copper alembic and the classic Pot-Still distillation method. Copper eliminates particles that spoil the taste, catalyzes the decomposition of volatile substances, absorbs carcinogenic compounds and reacts with ethanol, thanks to which it is a guarantee of creating the ideal - pure and delicate Gin with an impeccable taste.
It is this process of distillation, as well as the selective and careful selection of herbs in various proportions, that allows you to create a taste in which you can find richness rooted in tradition and hiding a secret.
